9 Things Everyone Should Do Before 9am

Life is crazy.

One minute you're seven years old staring wistfully out the window, and the next minute you're seventy-seven staring wistfully out the window. In order to make the most of your time, it's best to get an early start on the day. Most people are much more productive in the early morning. Think about it: nothing really good happens after 10am.

1. Get A Healthy 3+ Hours of Sleep

Sleep is just as important as eating, drinking water, and watching TV. Despite this, many don't sleep enough. The body needs at least three hours of sleep, sometimes four, depending on how much staring out the window you plan to do that day.

2. Pray and Meditate

After waking from a healthy and restful sleep session, prayer and meditation are crucial to putting yourself in a positive and grateful mindset. I pray to all the Gods, so no one feels left out. Then I meditate to focus on how much money I can pull in that day through any means necessary including extortion, money laundering, bribery, and blackmail. Meditation has done wonders for achieving my financial goals.

3. Intense Physical Activity

I do one pushup every day. It's important to make easily reachable goals.

4.  30 Grams of Protein Smoothie

Pretty much everyone has some protein in their fridge. Just pop it in the blender and add some milk, yogurt, ice, and hit blend. You will feel a burst of energy after drinking this.

5. Take a Cold Shower

Better yet, take an ice bath.

Cold water provides long-lasting positive changes to your body’s immune, lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems and also makes you come up with really creative curses.

6. Consume Uplifting Content

It's time to expand your mind. Read a romance novel or a legal thriller.

7. Review Your Life Vision

Go over your life goals. If you don't have any this step goes fast.

8. Take a Nap

Thinking of life goals is tiring. You deserve a twenty minute nap.

9. Yell or Scream out the Window

Yelling is therapeutic and it's good to release tension and anger that you may feel from that cold shower. It's best to yell things as people walk by your house or apartment building. But yell positive things, like, "Nice haircut," and, "You smell terrific today," and, "Love your socks, your feet must be so happy right now!"
